Offer's signed all around; tomorrow, I start wrestling with loan paperwork, inspection gets done on Thursday, and if my credit union is cool with the loan paperwork, we're looking at closing on or before 1/22/2010.
Very cute! If that were my kitchen, I would *totally* be saving my pennies for a big old butcher block island in the middle.
Yard that can at least partially become garden!
(and did I see fruit trees?!?)
Sooooo... when are you leaving town for a week so you need a long-term cat-visitor (if that visitor were allowed to bring her own kitty, 'cause otherwise the chain of who's looking after whose cats could get ridiculous *grin*)
And I've got a month to come up with a housewarming present, and I know just what I'm making...
*babble*babble* Am so happy for you...
Looks great! Congratulations!
Congratulations! It looks lovely! :)
Very nice place! How exciting!
May you always be happy in your home.
Looks nice! May all the remaining steps go smoothly.
congratulations! looks lovely.
How nice. I'm sort of jealous. *G*
Aw, that looks great. I love your yard! Do you plan to garden? Congratulations!
I can't wait to see it in person on Thursday. Graph paper has been printed! *bouncebouncebounce*
Good luck with this, John! It's a pretty house, and I'm ridiculously envious of the fact that last year's property taxes on the place were only $415.
Fabulous!!! I am so so happy and thrilled for you!
Ooh OOh! Very nice. Good luck with all the paperwork.
When's the housewarming party??

That's so cool. I hope it all works out, is painless and the place becomes *home* quickly. :)
Goodness - may it go well, and welcome to homeownership!
