|Best laid plans...

So, Monday, I was going to try 5.8mph for 24 minutes. But, Sunday, I thought I'd try a slow jog, 5mph, and it was too much. And, maybe I got some food poisoning or something, I was wiped out Monday, and didn't even get to work.|
Tuesday I was still feeling a bit shaky, so I didn't exercise hard then, either.
Today... well, I wanted to stop at 24, but I felt so good I just kept going until 30.
Now, I'm mildly headache-y but alert. And I'm going to rest carefully tomorrow. But then, Friday, I have to try 30 minutes one more time. If I can do that, I'll switch to 6 miles an hour, for 20 minutes, for next week.
